Ownership

DINASIF: Delta Informatika dan Sistem Informasi is owned and published by the Faculty of Science and Technology, Universitas PGRI Delta Sidoarjo (UNIPDA). DINASIF is a non-profit journal managed as part of the faculty’s commitment to advancing and disseminating knowledge in informatics and information systems.

Management

The journal is managed by an Editorial Board led by the Editor-in-Chief. The composition of the Editorial Board, Reviewers, and managing staff is available on the Editorial Team page.

Management responsibilities are as follows:

  • The Editor-in-Chief is responsible for the journal’s policy direction, final acceptance decisions, quality assurance of each issue, and communication with authors, reviewers, and the publisher.
  • The Managing Editor is responsible for coordinating the journal’s operations, monitoring manuscript workflow and deadlines, and scheduling issues.
  • Section Editors are responsible for handling manuscripts within their areas of expertise, including initial screening, reviewer selection, evaluation of review reports, and recommending editorial decisions to the Editor-in-Chief.
  • The Technical Editor is responsible for copyediting, layout, template compliance checks, metadata and DOI management, and the publication process in OJS.
  • Reviewers are responsible for evaluating manuscripts within their areas of expertise and providing recommendations to the editors.
  • The Faculty of Science and Technology, UNIPDA provides the publishing infrastructure, including the OJS server, DOI registration, and archiving.

Editorial Independence

Editorial decisions are made solely by the Editorial Board based on the scholarly quality of manuscripts and the results of peer review, without influence from the owner, the publisher, or any other party. Manuscripts authored by members of the Editorial Board or journal staff undergo the same process and are handled by another editor with no conflict of interest.

Funding

DINASIF’s operations are funded by the Faculty of Science and Technology, Universitas PGRI Delta Sidoarjo. DINASIF does not generate revenue from advertising and does not charge readers for access to its articles.
