DINASIF (Delta Informatika dan Sistem Informasi) is a fully open access journal operating under a Diamond Open Access model. All published articles are immediately, permanently, and freely available to all readers upon publication, without registration, subscription, or embargo period. Authors are not charged any fees for submission, review, or publication.

DINASIF believes that providing free public access to research supports the global exchange of knowledge, encourages interdisciplinary collaboration, and increases the readership and impact of research in information systems.
There is no paywall preventing users from reading, downloading, copying, distributing, printing, searching, or linking to the full texts of articles, provided that proper attribution is given to the authors and to DINASIF as the original publisher.
