Analysis of The Main Characters in "The School for Good and Evil"
Abstract
The purpose of this research is to analyze the main characters in the novel The School for Good and Evil and determine the characterization of the two main characters in the novel. Data collection uses the observation method. To analyze the data, data collection was done by reading novels, searching, and proving the process of collecting and measuring information regarding the variables of interest. The results of this research show that there are two main characters in the novel The School for Good and Evil. They are Sophie, who has the vibe of a protagonist but is actually an antagonist, and Agatha, who looks like an antagonist but has a pure good heart as a protagonist from the village of Gavaldon.
