Journal Provisions:

1. The journal manuscript is original and has never been published or is being submitted to another journal or any other publishers.
2. The manuscript submitted must be scientific and in scope of JournEEL.
3. The manuscript submitted should be in English.
4. Unissued manuscript is not returned, except at the request of the author.
