ANALISIS KARAKTER DISIPLIN DAN TANGGUNG JAWAB SISWA PADA PENGGUNAAN BAHASA DI SDN BANJARSARI
Abstract
The research aims to identify and analyze elementary school students' disciplinary and responsible behavior in language use. This research method uses data collection in the form of observation, interviews and documentation. This research yielded indications that in class 4 and class 2, there were many students who used a mixture of languages such as Javanese, Indonesian and Madurese. The implementation of this research took place at the Banjarsari Buduran Sidoarjo State Elementary School (SDN). Based on this analysis, it was found that many students used Javanese, while several other students used Indonesian. In addition, this research reveals that students generally use Javanese in everyday life due to the influence of the family environment. However, even though many students use Javanese, they remain consistent in complying with the established rules for using Indonesian. Teachers help promote the use of Indonesian by giving assignments such as writing poetry and making wall magazines. Evaluation of language use is carried out by examining students' work in the form of written assignments.
