Pengaruh Self-Regulated Learning dan Fasilitas Belajar terhadap Hasil Belajar Mata Kuliah Keterampilan Mengajar dan Microteaching dalam Pembelajaran Daring

Abstrak

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh self-regulated learning dan fasilitas belajar terhadap hasil belajar mahasiswa pada mata kuliah keterampilan mengajar dan microteaching secara daring. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian survei dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Populasi penelitian adalah mahasiswa angkatan 2022 Program Studi Pendidikan Bisnis, Fakultas Ekonomika dan Bisnis, Universitas Negeri Surabaya yang berjumlah 103 orang, dan seluruhnya dijadikan sampel dengan teknik sampling jenuh. Data dikumpulkan melalui angket berbasis skala Likert untuk mengukur self-regulated learning dan fasilitas belajar, sedangkan hasil belajar diperoleh dari nilai akhir mata kuliah microteaching daring. Analisis data menggunakan regresi linier berganda dengan uji prasyarat meliputi uji validitas, reliabilitas, normalitas, multikolinearitas, dan heteroskedastisitas. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa self-regulated learning berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap hasil belajar mahasiswa, fasilitas belajar berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap hasil belajar mahasiswa, serta keduanya secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap hasil belajar. Temuan ini mengindikasikan pentingnya penguatan self-regulated learning dan penyediaan fasilitas belajar yang memadai untuk mendukung keberhasilan mahasiswa dalam perkuliahan microteaching online.
