Analysis of Language Style of Teenagers in Their Tweets on Twitter

Abstract

This study was conducted with the aim of analyzing the language style used by teenagers in their social media accounts, use the casual style inThis study was conducted with the aim of analyzing the language style used by teenagers in their social media accounts, Twitter, in their daily tweets. using the theory of martin joos, covering five styles of language examined, among others, frozen style, formal style, consultative style, casual style, intimate style. Researchers used a qualitative research design to answer research questions and chose content analysis because the results of the data analyzed were tweets written by teenagers on their twitter accounts.
